Banana Crumble

Base

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 150gr sugar
  • 75gr butter (melted)
  • 200gr self-rising flour
  • Pinch of salt


Crumble

  • 75gr brown sugar
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 T. butter


Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In a medium bowl, mash bananas
  • Add beaten egg, sugar, butter and mix
  • Add flour and salt, and mix
  • Spoon into 10 muffin cups
  • Mix the crumble components and sprinkle on top
  • Bake for 17 minutes
