Windows Restart Prompt Disable

Run 'gpedit.msc'

Go to Local Computer Policy->Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Windows Update

Set 'Re-prompt for restart with scheduled installations' to 'Enabled', then set 'restart (minutes)' to '1440'.

Set 'No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installations' to 'Enabled'

This will prevent the annoying 10 minute pop-up indicating a restart is needed (prompt will occur every 24 hours), and prevent the computer from automatically restarting after an update if someone is logged on.
