These are the specs for 4PCB's $33/each and $66/each prototype boards:

• 30" maximum board area 4 layer, 60" 2 layer
• 0.005" minimum silkscreen width
• 0.005" minimum soldermask sliver
• 0.006" minimum trace width and spacing
• 0.015" vias w/ 0.027" annular ring
• 0.010" annular ring minimum
• 35 holes maximum per square inch
• Thermal relief minimums

• 0.010" expansion
• 0.005" air gap
• 0.007" conductor width
