Banana Crumble

Base
- 3 bananas
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 150gr sugar
- 75gr butter (melted)
- 200gr self-rising flour
- Pinch of salt
Crumble
- 75gr brown sugar
- 1 T. flour
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 T. butter
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a medium bowl, mash bananas
- Add beaten egg, sugar, butter and mix
- Add flour and salt, and mix
- Spoon into 10 muffin cups
- Mix the crumble components and sprinkle on top
- Bake for 17 minutes
