  • Low fat soft tortilla, about 8" in diameter (look for 80 calorie each)
  • Red sauce
  • Turkey pepperoni
  • Mozzarella cheese (reduced fat)
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Fresh Zuchinni or yellow squash


2 tablespoons of sauce, add veggies, 10 pieces pepperoni, and small about of cheese

Cook for 10 minutes at 410 degrees

~250 calories
