- Low fat soft tortilla, about 8" in diameter (look for 80 calorie each)
- Red sauce
- Turkey pepperoni
- Mozzarella cheese (reduced fat)
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Fresh Zuchinni or yellow squash
2 tablespoons of sauce, add veggies, 10 pieces pepperoni, and small about of cheese
Cook for 10 minutes at 410 degrees
~250 calories
