Ultimate Brownies

				Ingredients
- 525 grams brownie mix
 - 3 eggs
 - 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
 - 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
 
Brownie Mix
- 440 grams sugar
 - 120 grams flour
 - 85 grams cocoa
 - 1/2 tsp fine kosher salt
 
Filling
- 1/2 cup creamy honey peanut butter
 - 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
 
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 - Lightly grease a 9×9x2-inch metal baking pan
 - Line pan with parchment paper (2 pieces cut to 8 3/8" x 14")
 - In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract; stir until combined
 - Spread slightly less than half brownie mix into prepared pan
 - Combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in a medium bowl until smooth[1]
 - Spread thin layer of peanut butter mixture evenly over the brownie mixture in the pan[2]
 - Spread remaining brownie mix over peanut butter mixture
 - Bake for 30 minutes or until top is set and edges are lightly browned
 - Cool completely in pan or on a wire rack
 - Lightly brush with caramel sauce
