For Windows-XP
- Right-click on the desktop, select Properties
- Click the 'Desktop' tab
- Click 'Customize Desktop...' button
- Un-check the 'Run Desktop Clean Wizard every 60 days' checkbox
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'OK' again
